Welcome to Glamour Lane Cosmetics! We aim to provide you with the best shopping experience. Please review our policies regarding returns, refunds, and shipping.
Returns Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Products must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or any items marked as final sale.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety reasons).
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
3. Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at glamourlanecosmetics@gmail.com to initiate a return.
- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on where to send your item.
4. Return Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds Policy
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

3. Refund Process
- To initiate a refund, contact us at glamourlanecosmetics@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the refund request.
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

5. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at glamourlanecosmetics@gmail.com for further instructions.
6. Shipping for Returns

- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery estimates are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.
3. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
- Glamour Lane Cosmetics ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Glamour Lane Cosmetics is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages
- Glamour Lane Cosmetics is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
7. International Shipping Policy
- Currently, we do not ship outside the U.S.
8. Shipping Policy Changes
- We may update our shipping policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and they will take effect immediately upon posting.
